montaña, playa norte & playa sur
The Montaña sector has 52 lots all with ocean views, full curbside utilities, and security gates. It is the preeminent sector within the La Reserva development.
Playa Sur and Playa Norte are likewise fully constituted residential sectors, with 25 and 12 lots respectively.
Adjacent to Playa Sur is a 1.8 hectare commercial area, with its own well, and access to the local power grid.
All 37 playa lots are titled, although the utilities extend only to the project boundaries, not the curbside distribution as exists in the Montaña sector.
Playa Sur and Norte are both offered up at a discount project rate for an investor wishing to complete the infrastructure and either sell lots or move forward with a larger beach-side development.

Our most developed, Montaña Sector has 52 titled lots with plenty of common area spread across 51 acres. 45 have curbside utilities (water and electricity) and are shovel ready. Lot sizes range from 1500 to 8700 square meters and 40 of these lots are for sale by the developers.

Playa Norte and Playa Sur are both adjacent to Camaronal beach which is literally footsteps away. The areas comprise flat to gently rolling, grass covered back-beach zones, and provide excellent building sites.
